To transfer a domain you can do the following :

1. Go to  http://www.Hostworx.co.za/, goto the client area and login.
2. Click on the "Domains" link on the top menu.
3. Click the "Transfer Domain" option and then enter the domain name that you want to transfer to us  and then Click the "Check availability" button.
4. You will then be shown if the domain is available for transfer.
5. Next Click the "Add to Cart" Button.
6. You will be shown the various domain options.
7. You can use custom name server names, but this is for advanced users only who have previously arranged this with us, otherwise leave the name server settings as they are. If you have modified them by mistake please revert them back to "ns1.hostworx.co.za" and "ns2.hostworx.co.za" 
8. Click the "Update Cart" button.
9. Click the "Checkout" to begin the checkout process.
10.  If you are an existing client Click the "Click here to login" link and login, if you are not and existing client please fill in your information
11. Select a payment option
12. Click the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox
13. Click the "Complete order" button.
14. You will then get the order confirmation page.
15. You will receive an email with all the information pertaining to the transaction, and an invoice, if there is an amount that needs to be paid you will be required to pay the invoice that is emailed to you . if paying via EFT email the proof of payment to accounts@hostworx.co.za, the domain will only be initiated once payment is received on international domains, Local South African domains are free to transfer.
