Before logging into DirectAdmin, make sure you have:

• Your hosting username
• Your hosting password
• Your domain name linked to your hosting account

If you do not have your login details, please contact the HostworX support team.

Recommended Login Address

We recommend logging into DirectAdmin using your domain name:

Open your browser and visit:  https://cp.yourdomain.co.za   (Replace yourdomain.co.za with your own domain name)

This is the easiest and most user-friendly login method.

How to Log Into DirectAdmin

Step 1 — Open Your Web Browser

Open your preferred web browser such as:

• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Safari

Step 2 — Enter Your DirectAdmin Address

Open your browser and visit:  https://cp.yourdomain.co.za   (Replace yourdomain.co.za with your own domain name)

Login with your username and password.

Step 3 — Access Your Hosting Control Panel

After logging in successfully, you will see the DirectAdmin dashboard where you can manage:

• Email accounts
• Website files
• Domains
• Databases
• SSL certificates
• Backups
• DNS settings

Alternative Login Methods

In some cases, you may also be able to log in using:

https://yourdomain.co.za:2222

or

https://serverhostname:2222

However, we recommend using:

https://cp.yourdomain.co.za

whenever possible.

Troubleshooting Login Problems

Incorrect Username or Password

• Check that Caps Lock is not enabled
• Re-enter your password carefully
• Try copying and pasting the password

If you still cannot log in, reset your password or contact support.

Website Security Warning

If your browser displays a certificate or security warning:

• Make sure you are using the correct address
• Try using the secure https:// version
• Contact HostworX support if the warning continues

Cannot Reach the Login Page

If the login page does not open:

• Check your internet connection
• Try another browser
• Clear your browser cache
• Confirm your domain is active and pointing to HostworX hosting

• Use a strong password
• Log out after using DirectAdmin on shared computers
