Before You Start
Before using webmail, make sure:
- Your email account has already been created
- You know your full email address
- You know your mailbox password

We recommend accessing webmail using:

How to Log Into Webmail
Step 1 — Open Your Browser
Open your preferred web browser such as:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Firefox
- Safari
Step 2 — Open the Webmail Address
Enter: https://webmail.yourdomain.co.za in the browser address bar.
Step 3 — Enter Your Email Address
Enter your full email address.
Example: info@yourdomain.co.za
Step 4 — Enter Your Password
Enter the password for the mailbox.
Then click: Login

If you use webmail on a public or shared computer, always click:
Logout
when finished.
Troubleshooting
Cannot Log Into Webmail
Check:
- email address spelling
- password correctness
- internet connection
- domain DNS settings
Remember:
the username is normally your full email address.
Invalid Login Details
Try:
- retyping the password carefully
- checking Caps Lock
- resetting the mailbox password in DirectAdmin
Webmail Page Does Not Open
Possible causes include:
- DNS propagation
- SSL certificate issues
- internet connectivity problems
- incorrect webmail address
Mailbox Full
If your mailbox storage is full:
- delete unnecessary email
- empty Trash/Junk folders
- increase mailbox quota if available
